You would think that since it was built for the Rams that they would sue the team for the remaining costs. Shit, I would - but NFL teams are thugs mugging their host cities IMHO.

EDITED ORIGINAL POSTING: Yes, the citizens of St. Louis are pissed and still, apparently , owe $5 mil. to the pay off the stadium. A related article had some suggestions on what to do with it:
