Shut down this wannabe hospital facility. Basement healthcare is proving better everyday in this country.

If you are rich you can fly to 100s of other countries with better Healthcare outcomes, if you are not people are subjected to medieval decisions, "should they live or die, Gawd will decide. Now, throw them into the pit with the lion".
