They will. Now that people know they can work remotely...they figure they can come to MT and buy a whole lot more house than they had where they are. I thought it was just me...but when I reach out to neighbors and friends...they’re all saying/noticing the same thing. My husband’s former business partner just sold a lot he owned in Kalispell. He owns a few of them...anyway, when he closed on the lot, the title company rep told him that their company had closed just shy of 1600 properties in the month of August and 1400 of them were to out of state buyers. That’s just one title company in just one corner of MT.

We have been discovered.
