I'm there all the time. It's interesting, since that's true since the beginning of the pandemic. Keene masks less than MA (western part of the state) and both mask less than VT (southern part, anyway).

It's kind of a cultural experiment - Just pop over the border and you can see the differences in how people react to masks.
