I know I shouldn't, but that is somewhat funny.

Poor kid - too young to drive, but charges against him:

Though legally too young to drive, he still faces charges of aggravated DWI, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving without a license, failing to maintain lanes and having an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
