and Martinez has been screwing up lately, refusing to fund either the legislature or the entire higher education budget. It's gone beyond a mere turf war into sheer lunacy.

So offhand, I think it'll be just about time to boot the GOP out of the governor's office if they can find somebody who can walk and chew gum at the same time to run.
