I live in Albuquerque, and the problem has been so much police violence and shooting of civilians that the Justice Department put n a monitor a couple years ago to attempt to get the cops to obey the law.
The police do as they please, and parrot those famous words:
"I feared for my life".
And now the 'tea party' Governor wants to protect the cops from any legal recourse?
