as County Assessor is just a Hustle for this Guy. Nothing new,very common for Politically connected People here in the South West,have a State,County full Paid Job with no oversight,and have Business Interests as a full time venture.

And the County Assessor in Rural America is the key to funding for Schools and other Local Property Tax needs.
