I had the pleasure of meeting her several years ago at a Democratic Party thing and I was quite impressed by her. She still needed experience, still does I'm sure. But I'm quite gratified at the endorsement.

And had it been the other way around, Haaland dropping out and endorsing Davis, I'd have been equally pleased in terms of party unity.
