I cannot understand how deciding what to do with the space is difficult. But I will say that trying to go West to East or East to west (from WF to new stores) would be problematic given the I-25 juncture is nutz. and the WF parking lot has the weird 2 exits to the S, and only one allows u to go E.

To make the space viable and profitable we need some Urban architects to fix the space.
