1. I have an experience about this Festival

It's a humongous tourist trap in my opinion. Like I didnt have a good time when I went in 2018. I skipped out going with family to Ruidoso to go with my friend and still friend to Roswell for this event. Safe to say. It nearly cost us our friendship because of how disappointing it was and how she was more concerned about getting a tattoo and not wanting to do the scavenger hunt. She ended up not wanting to do half of what we planned on because of dumb reasons she never told me.

It was disappointing. Extremely disappointing. The only saving grace was the Billy the kid museum in Ft Sumner. I think mostly our fight soured my expectations and experience.
