Santa Fe is cheaper than L.A. too, but then, what isn't 
I plan to spend 2 months there next year sometime. Just starting to research rentals. I'll be looking at a few places when I'm there in a couple weeks. I'll try to get in touch with you too, if I'm not exhausted.
