5. Yeah, Cuomo has no more excuses. . .

. . .and no more cards left to play since the NY primaries back in September ousted 6 of the 8 members of the so-called Independent Democratic Caucus.

He damn well better project himself as a real progressive governor now. And I think he will, even if the state senate has to frog-march him to the desk to sign the long-lingering progressive bills into law come 2019.
