I lived in Nassau County for 20+ years in NY-03, Santos’ district. Governor Hochul will never accomplish her plan in that county. Maybe some small success in Suffolk County. The property values are too high for the owners to allow the planning proposed.

This is my practical response. My progressive perspective supports the Governor’s ideas. It just won’t fly on Long Island.
