4. not just teachers … all state employees

and to make it worse .. I am job hunting a state job … :<
have 10 years with the state. and maybe I can get another
5 years before I retire. the place I work now
is crazy enough to cause me to look there.
private company scared to lose a contract
and cutting everything they can.
