he would still be a Marine. He would still hold a position of power over POC. Who here believes there is no such thing as institutional racism? A self fulfilling prophesy. Believe that POC are more criminal then dish out maximum punishment for minor infractions to blacks and give whites a pass. When up for a promotion, POC have infractions on their resume, while the white person got a pass. Guess who gets the promotion? The cumulative affect is whites keep rising to positions of power, while the POC stagnate at lower levels feeding the myth.
