I thought it was pretty weak actually. Pate said he was NRA endorsed and then said Brantley was probably for gun control, based on his failure to return the questionnaire sent to him by the NRA.

My first thought was why was this idiot sending a registered Democrat an announcement that he was endorsed by the NRA?
