I've learned so much myself as I've been posting in the state groups, including the significant leaders such as Rev. Barber. I would likely be unaware of his stature and his involvement in civil rights if I hadn't started posting threads in the state groups back in 2016. On occasion, I will meet with people who lived in other parts of the country and they are surprised that I'm so knowledgeable about the various issues and social events in other areas.

While my background in college was in mathematics and chemistry, I can strike up a conversation with almost everyone which is one of the benefits of having an inquisitive liberal arts education.
