1. I'm confused - I thought the USSC said voting maps were to be left to the state to decide?

I thought conservatives were all about states rights and the elimination of frivolous lawsuits?

Also, what standing does a lawyer in TX have for cases in PA and NC?

While I know the answer is IOKIYAR, but what gives?
