it was a rout.

Going into the debate the focus group was 40% Abbott, 27% Beto and 33% undecided. After it was 43% Abbott, 50% Beto and 4% undecided.

After the debate moderators invited both candidates back for un-timed answers to questions. Beto came back, Abbott fled.
