2. Yeah, with some voters you just don't know

The abortion issue is a monkey wrench. I had two voters who said they were against the Dems now because all of a sudden they are "pro-abortion". (Before it was "pro-choice". It's a "women's right to choose", "between a women and her doctor".) They couldn't bear to hear the word "abortion" being promoted in ads.

Others will feel differently. But I think overall, it's a slight negative. The two voters were not of childbearing age, however many voters are not. Wendy's abortion stance in 2014 hurt her. (Announcing her abortion had her pegged as "abortion Barbie".) I wish more Dems would have a more pragmatic message on the issue.

There is so much negativity: It started with the insurrection and voter suppression. The Republicans are terrorists, yet voters vote based on the "last thing they heard"....
