allowing republicans to redistrict and gerrymander taking away POC's ability and right to vote is the only way they can keep power, i.e. just look at Texas and other red states.

Of course this will be rectified hopefully sooner than later but shit republicans are working over board. Same needs to apply concerning Democrat's working 24/7 to overcome these travesties. Democracy is not easy to keep alive, freedom isn't either, but heck, they are worth fighting for.
