2. A shame. I wonder if the percentage increase in home values matches the percentage increase in homelessness?

Also, I suspect that the services, shelter, and support go only to those households w/ children w/ them, maybe not all, but a large number of them. The unemployed that I've known over the years, young single men, never got much in support, shelter, or support. One I know only amount of support from unemployment insurance was barely enough for a bag of potato chips, pathetic if you ask me.
