"CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Rep. Shelley Moore Capito said replacing President Barack Obama with a Republican will be an uphill battle this year.

But if a Republican wins, she said the mission would be to dismantle Obama-era regulations of the environment and the financial sector.

"If the president changes, it will be the mission: the dismantling of this regulatory environment that isn't just environmental," Capito, R-W.Va., said in a wide-ranging interview Thursday with the Daily Mail editorial board. "

Scary person, this one. Especially when you consider that Obama has shelved some environmental regulation. Apparently Shelly wasn't watching then.
