2. Let the WisGOP stay out of debate

Actually they won't.
They can't shut up about anything and this topic alone will bring them out of the woodwork, from under the rocks and from behind every MAGA-hatted orifice in the state of Wisconsin.

By saying Justice costs can be cut and managed better for better results is something everyone would be behind.
Now, write a budget (meaning you the GOP) and let's compare what we spend and what we get for those expenses.

It can be a 'dollar for dollar' issue but the expenses will have to shift from combat equipment and maintenance costs to education of police, at the core training levels, for diversity issues and legal compliances (not how to avoid compliances).

This has a better direction, than the GOP has done over the past decade in Wisconsin, and we should take it.
