When Jesus Christ preached that the rich had an obligation before God to help the poor and lift up their communities.

Republicans like RoJo want people to have babies, but NOT make sure those babies have a shot at life, food in their bellies, rooves over their heads, clothes on their backs, or education so one day return to repeat the process.

God told Cain in Genisis that he(Cain) was indeed his brother's keeper. RoJo does believe it his responsibility to see to it the RICH pay as little taxes and the poorer American, MORE.
