1. If anyone has destabilised the Labor Party, it's Julia Gillard and her cohorts.

She is the one who knifed a sitting PM, and it's her sycophants, promoted to high positions as a reward for their disloyalty to Kevin Rudd, who have been throwing dungbombs at a member of their own party for months now.

It started with Gillard's petty and spiteful omission of Rudd from the list of past Labor PMs during the Labor Party conference in December, and the culmination was the posting of the video last weekend - pure bitchiness, and not worthy of a party leader, let alone a prime minister. I lost what respect I had for her after that; she is not worthy to be leader any longer.

Their big problem is that Rudd was supposed to slink away quietly after they plunged the knife into his back, but he's stayed around, driving them crazy. They feel guilty every time they see him, and his electoral popularity drives them nuts.

I think the people will still keep right on supporting him as leader, until the moment Gillard leads the party to total annihilation at the next election.
