"Crook said at the time the high heat temperatures would make the meat "ripe", according to Broadsheet, adding there's a strange trend of meat spills happening too often on warm days."

“Whenever there’s an offal spill, it always seems to be warm — I wouldn’t want to be out there cleaning it up," Crook reportedly said."

"A skid-steer loader, often called a "bobcat", was seen scooping the meat off the pavement. The road later reopened after much of the spill was removed from the highway."
