I learned about a chapter in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario that would periodically go out around their neighborhood and 'find' piles of dirty needles that they would try to use to start a problem they were 'just trying to draw attention to', where no problems like that occurred until the the Odin idiots set up shop.

Of course, they always 'found' the dirty needles on areas bordering the Ojibwe reserve.
