The worst thing is that both in Australia and the UK, politicians on both sides of the aisle have given him what he wants, thereby granting him even more power and becoming more afraid of crossing him.

It's a vicious circle, and only his demise will end the stranglehold. I don't think either Lachlan or James are up to the job.
