after that, in connection with "more exercise". So that seems to most people to mean "work the whole week, ie starting Monday". Before the guidance is released. And with people wondering if they're meant to turn up at the old time on Monday morning, but you can't use public transport, and you can't find out what they expect at work the next day, because it's Sunday evening when this was dumped on the nation.

This morning, Raaab on Radio 4 seems to be implying the return to work is also aimed at Wednesday. Or is a vague exhortation to make a bit more effort to restart work.

And they should bin "stay alert" as soon as possible. It sounds left over from the terrorism level stuff. "Stay Apart" would be more meaningful.
