... so the Vitamin D theory could hold water here. But then a lot of native Britons have a Vitamin D deficiency. So how much of this is from a biological difference between the "races" I don't know. However taking a multivitamin supplement wouldn't hurt at all - I've not heard anyone dying from an overdose of Vitamin D tablets.
