The final final deadline for talks resolution is 11/11. If joe wins then I am going to guess the tenor of the talks changes considerably. Biden has said a border at home would mean no trade deal with the US. There is no way they can do the no deal Brexit walk if Biden gets in. No deal = no deal. Heh.
