When I need higher heats I do Sunflower or Canola. I haven't bought margarine in 30 years, I use organic butter.

I have found that organic foods taste better, especially the milk.

Tip I found out when buying eggs. I noticed that my egg yolks were almost orange, I wondered if this was normal so I Googled it. Orange egg yolks mean the chickens are getting nutritious feed, yellow means not so much.
