How is Elaine Luria doing in Va 2nd district? Ballotpedia is saying neck and neck in her newly drawn district.
I believe she is at least as popular as Biden...

-4,000 Isle of Wight
+ 1,100 City of Franklin

I hope that' s it.

So I see Elaine up by about 25K about the same margin she won in 2020.
