has no concept of the scientific method. I have not carefully reviewed what was posted to figure out if he was correct or not but getting upset and abusive when other people offer counter arguments to your work is not ethical. Is this guy an academic ? I cant see how he would be able to function in such an environment. When we submit papers to peer reviewed journals or go give talks at conferences, we expect to be able to defend and discuss our research.

Sometimes people do get passionate about it and a little heated but so far in my field (nuclear physics), I have rarely encountered a researcher who would not admit to a mistake in their work when proven it is the case.
