Showing Original Post only (View all)Beware - the latest Windows 10 "update" screwed up my computer. [View all]
Thanks Microsoft.
Without asking and without my permission todays "update":
1 - replaced my desktop picture. Won't let me put my old one back up.
2 - uninstalled a legal, legitimate game program, and who knows what else
3 - changed the desktop icon fonts
4 - added a "people" icon to the taskbar.
5 - rearranged desktop icons
6 - removed all my system restore points so I can't restore my computer back to the way it was.
7 - and who knows what else I might discover?
So I will probably wipe my hard drive and install a copy of Windows 7 from a disc that I still have. My next computer will not be a Windows machine. I need to be in control of my computer.

For someone with so much Mac experience, you seem to not know basic Apple store policies.

Scanned the day before, and twice after the update with two different programs.
