5. We did go to our Best Buy store, they sell tracfone, but they don't "help" with problems.....

One of the staff there said they sell tracfone but they aren't supposed to help with any issues or problems. They can only help with other cell phones and NOT tracfone. So Walmart might be a help. Thanks.
