not the Outlook app in "Office 20xx". I've used "Office Outlook" for so long I can't remember when my company (GTE/VZ/Lucent) first started using it and none of this scenario is the least bit familiar to me.

Nor does it apply to Outlook.com accessed via browser, which my wife uses with an addr of msn.com?
