And the only answers were from its AI engine, which I distrust.

If one is not using the sync app (https://help.sync.com/hc/en-us/articles/49073083688211-Download-the-Sync-apps) it makes no sense, but some people have seen it and similar.

I haven't. Keep searching for that message on search sites.
