1. Can someone possibly explain to me why Lujan in New Mexico is only deemed

likely rather than safe? The state is pretty overwhelmingly Democratic. Lujan is running for the seat being vacated by the very popular Tom Udall. The Republican running is so under the radar that I don't even know his name. If this is merely a likely seat, then I have to wonder about all of the ratings.
