1. It seems disrespectful to keep the child's body "on near-continuous display"

Perhaps it's the haunting reconstruction, with its innocence and purity, that makes me wish for a more honorable final resting place for the young girl.
Perhaps its also that I have been the caretaker of a neglected African American cemetery, and have become conscious of a system of racial inequality that continues to plague its victims even after death.
