3. I loved the Pepperdine speech - which must have been even more incredible for you!

I saw some disgusting RW comments on twitter challenging his comment on the real face of Islam - as the comments on the journalist were widely disseminated as JK's statement on that. I had not realized that it was part of a far more significant speech. Hearing all of it, their disgusting attacks are shown to be even more repulsive - contrasted with a genuine effort to respect everyone's faiths.

I hope that this will be heard by some of the Islamic leaders that he has to work with. I remember the near shock of people like Tay Tay after she heard the Pepperdine speech that, as a rather private reserved man of something so personal.

This speech is up the high standard he set with Pepperdine and his Yale speech on the interfaith connections - that he referenced here. Thank you so much for posting it. This is Kerry at his best.
