I think it could work. Biden has a lot of good ideas on foreign policy, and Sanders is kind of weak in that area.
Biden was the first, and maybe only, DC politician to propose in 2006 that Iraq should be divided up into three states: Kurdish, Shia, and Sunni. Now it looks like he was right. I see that Biden has praised Sanders on his boldness. Biden has name recognition and if Sanders and Biden hooked up now it could swing them enough superdelegates to get the nomination.
