The companies that should leave are the ones which will hurt Putin.

The companies that should stay are the ones for which leaving would hurt the people.

To say all companies should leave is too indiscriminate and gives a person the false belief they are supporting something good when it might be anything but.

That being said the companies which stay should dedicate 100% of their profits from Russia to help Ukraine whether they help the fight or help the refugees.
