1. Railroads are a tough lot to deal with...

I used to work for a chemical company. The big joke (not a joke) was, if a railcar shipment was late, that you NEVER, EVER, EVER called the railroad looking for your car because then they'd make it even later. They'd send your car in circles around you for weeks. And there wasn't a damn thing you could do about it.

I hope the feds intervene and grant the emergency service order.
