Critical Race Theory is a law school course taught to law students who choose to take it. These "fights" are about teachers who teach basic history including the fact that racism was involved in our history, and they are being taken to court with accusations that they are bringing a leftist political ideology into their schools. Of course, Critical Race Theory and teaching the fact racism existed, are far from the same things.
