3. I personally never worry about taxes so far before April 15.

That said, I doubt I'll owe very much. I'm retired. My income is from a small pension, two annuities, social security, and what I take from my investments. I have some taken from one of the annuities for estimated taxes. Maybe it will be enough, maybe not. I honestly don't sweat the taxes. We all need to pay them. Taxes pay for things like roads and schools. We all drive on the roads. Most of us used to have kids in schools. And even now, think of it this way: you want to have people reasonably well educated who will be taking care of you in the nursing home down the line.

What the rich do or don't pay is one thing. Meanwhile, please keep in mind what our taxes pay for and quit pissing and moaning.
