12. Nearly 4% in a credit union? How did you manage that?

My IRA is in a credit union still drawing ~4%

Last July I rolled over a 4 year CD at my credit union at 1.44%. The previous time I rolled it over, 4 years earlier, it was about the same rate.

This has best 5 year rates of 1.15%
