stuff going on w/ refunds/checks/etc. from the IRS for programs to put more money in American's pockets, an actual tax return, seeking money back for overpayment of taxes (via paychecks) is overlooked. And they say don't refile! Calling the IRS is even worse. Your option does seem better. Thanks!
